Payment:

Payment is due at the beginning of each session by e-transfer or by secure credit card through Jane App, our electronic scheduling system.  Official receipts are issued upon payment for you to submit to your extended health benefits provider.

Extended Health Benefits:

Many extended health plans cover counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).  We recommend contacting your provider to confirm whether Registered Clinical Counselling or Certified Canadian Counselling services are included in your plan. 

Please note: counselling services are not covered by the Medical Service Plan of British Columbia (MSP).

Sliding Scale:

At this time we are not able to take on additional sliding scale clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.  Sessions can be moved from in person to virtual at any time. Sessions that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate.
