Trauma Healing
Specializing in trauma work with youth and adults, we support people in understanding and healing the impacts of overwhelming life experiences and chronic stress.
Trauma can occur when the nervous system has experienced an event or cumulation of events that overwhelms the nervous system and an individual`s ability to cope. Trauma may result from experiences and stressors such as accidents, medical procedures, illness, abuse, loss, not having had our needs met, loss, major life transitions, and ongoing stress.
Common symptoms of traumatic stress include anxiety, panic, low moods, flashbacks, difficulties sleeping or relaxing, anger outbursts, emotional reactivity, hypervigilance, racing thoughts, muscular tension, low energy, exhaustion, disconnection, addictions, and physical syndromes or chronic pain.

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a supportive, non-judgement space to feel heard, respected, and valued. A place where all of you is welcome. We believe that a safe therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.
We specialize in supporting individuals navigating:
- Low mood, depression, suicidal ideation
- Worry, anxiety, panic, OCD
- Trauma, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and early developmental trauma

Couples Therapy
