Shelley Schulberg
Shelley specializes in trauma, nervous system regulation, and stress related concerns. With over 20 years of experience supporting youth and adults, she works with clients navigating anxiety, PTSD, mood challenges, and life transitions.
Her approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, grounded in an understanding how the nervous system responds to stress and adversity. She draws from Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based approaches.
Availability: Monday – Friday
Julie supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, chronic pain, caregiver burnout, grief, and major life transitions. With a warm, compassionate approach, she helps clients build practical tools for lasting change.
Julie creates a collaborative, supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater calm, confidence and resilience. Her work integrates Somatic Experiencing with a variety of other trauma-informed counselling approaches with a focus on nervous system regulation and healing from the impacts of stress and trauma.
Availability: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Afrah supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. She offers a warm, collaborative approach that helps clients feel understood while building greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Drawing from EMDR training, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy, sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Afrah offers counselling in both English and Malayalam.
Availability: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
Tara specializes in couples counselling and OCD, and also supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. With over 10 years of experience in the field, she brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed, compassionate approach to her work.
Tara utilizes a holistic approach that she tailors to each person she supports. She draws on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (i-CBT) for OCD, along with EMDR, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, and somatic practices.
Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays
